What more could you want? Caney Creek offers high ground with great views, 15+ acres of fertile bottom ground for Boone and Crockett food plots, a year round creek and massive hardwoods. As you come in from the East you have electric at the road and the boundaries are cleared on the North and South, an older cabin sits by the road as well. As you head west you sandy soils with smaller timber, plum thickets and most of this area has been terraced, a reminder of the old farm country in this area. About halfway you come to the new switchback road that drops 120 feet into the creek bottom. Here you feel like you entered a entirely different property. There are massive, Red Oak, Walnut, and Sycamore trees in this bottom, along with the open area full of fescue and soils ready to plant the food plot of your dreams. Next you come to Caney Boggy Creek, a year round creek full of wild life of all kinds. The creek crosses the property from North to South then give way to more remote hardwoods as you climb up out of the bottom to reach the East Boundary. Stay tuned for more pictures!
